Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Upon arrival at the airport or pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, you will be transferred to our office for a safari briefing at 7:30 AM. Afterwards, depart for the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint, where you will learn about the formation of the Great Rift Escarpment. Continue via Narok Town, arriving for lunch at approximately 1:00 PM before proceeding to the reserve.
Arrive at Maasai Mara at around 4:00 PM, check in to your camp or lodge, and take some time to refresh before heading out on an exciting evening game drive. As the sun sets over the vast savannah, look out for the reserve’s incredible wildlife and enjoy the breathtaking African sunset.
Return to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, depart with packed picnic lunches for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife reserves.
Maasai Mara is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is home to the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as countless other mammals and hundreds of bird species. Between July and October, the reserve hosts the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the world’s greatest natural wonders.
Drive to the famous Mara River, where migrating wildebeest cross crocodile-infested waters, and enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool. Continue exploring the reserve until late afternoon before returning to your camp or lodge.
In the evening, you may choose to participate in optional activities such as a visit to a traditional Maasai Village or team-building activities.
Dinner and overnight at your camp or lodge.
Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru.
Enjoy lunch en route while taking in scenic views of Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha from the highway. Arrive in Nakuru in the evening and check in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, enjoy an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhino sanctuary, Rothschild’s giraffes, flamingos (seasonal), and a wide variety of wildlife including lions, buffaloes, zebras, and antelopes.
The park is also known for its diverse vegetation and beautiful landscapes.
After the game drive, depart for Lake Naivasha, arriving in the evening. Check in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Hell’s Gate National Park – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, visit Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya’s most unique parks where you can enjoy walking, cycling (optional), bird watching, and spectacular photography.
You may also choose optional activities such as:
- A boat ride on Lake Naivasha to view hippos and birdlife.
- A guided walking safari on Crescent Island Game Sanctuary.
After the excursion, proceed to Amboseli National Park with lunch en route.
Arrive in the afternoon, check in at your camp or lodge, and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.
Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Full-Day Game Drive in Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, depart with packed picnic lunches for a full-day game drive.
Amboseli National Park is home to large herds of elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and numerous bird species. On clear days, enjoy spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro, providing one of Africa’s most iconic safari backdrops.
Spend the day exploring the park before returning to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive, offering one final opportunity to spot wildlife as the animals become active before sunrise.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, check out, and begin your journey back to Nairobi with lunch en route.
Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your memorable safari.
