Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo East National Park
Your safari begins with a pick-up from Nairobi at 7:30 AM. Depart through the scenic Nairobi–Mombasa Road, enjoying the beautiful landscapes along the way. Before reaching Tsavo East National Park, we will make a short 20-minute stop for tea or coffee.
Continue to Bachuma Gate, where we enter Tsavo East National Park and begin our first game drive. Enjoy an exciting game drive en route as you search for Kenya’s famous wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and other animals.
Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch. After check-in, settle into your room or tent and relax. Enjoy views of wildlife coming to drink at the waterhole located just a short distance from your accommodation.
At 3:30 PM, enjoy a refreshing cup of tea or coffee before heading out for an afternoon game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tsavo East – Nairobi
Start your day with an early morning game drive from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM, when wildlife is most active. Return to the lodge for breakfast and some relaxation.
At 10:00 AM, pack your bags and load them into the safari vehicle as you prepare for your final game drive. Enjoy a game drive en route as you exit the park, taking in the last views of Tsavo East’s incredible landscapes and wildlife.
Continue your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon, marking the end of your memorable Tsavo East safari adventure.
