Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, followed by a short safari briefing. Depart for Amboseli National Park, renowned for its spectacular views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The melting snow from the mountain feeds underground springs that create the park’s lush swamps, attracting an abundance of wildlife.
Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for lunch and check-in. After some time to relax, set out on an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals that call Amboseli home. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Amboseli National Park
After an early breakfast, depart with packed lunch boxes for a full-day game drive exploring the diverse habitats of Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its large herds of free-ranging elephants, as well as hippos, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, cheetahs, and numerous other wildlife species.
If weather conditions are favorable, enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, providing the perfect backdrop for photography. Amboseli is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with more than 400 bird species recorded throughout the park.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your wildlife adventure. Return to your camp or lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Start your day with an early morning game drive, offering one last opportunity to spot wildlife during the animals’ most active hours. Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out.
Depart Amboseli and drive back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your memorable safari.
